This research improves the delivery of corrections to the genome in adults, children and the unborn which supports services to provide individualised healthcare products to solving each individuals unique genetic problems without losses to the economy of scale. Because of the corrections, many individuals who would have previously died can now survive and function normally in your society.
You immediately gain an additional 0.1
on a planet with at least 2 billion inhabitants. If you do not have a planet with that amount of population, you gain it on the planet with the largest population. The population may be of any race already present on that planet. If your population crosses a 1 billion line, as per the population growth rules, you have to pay the population growth cost (PGC).
This project also is a requirement for deploying the Same-sex Reproduction Catalysts special project.
